MEN!! Listen up. This is some more important information. If child support has not been established by the court. IT IS A GIFT!! And your reciepts, don't mean NOTHING!! See how crazy this game is? You could have been paying child support for, lets say about 13 years right? It is STILL a gift. Does that give you rights because of all the money you have spent? NO it does not. Listen men, and understand this. EVERYTHING we do, has to be done through the LEGAL system. This is how crazy this child support thing can get.
A random woman that you don't know. She can tell the child support agency that YOU are the father of her child. You'll be like WHAT?!! I am not the father of her baby!!! Then, lets say you deny taking the DNA test. They will then say, well since you seem to have a problem with proving that you are not the father. We will just STICK you with paying child support anyway. Even if you are locked up and you are supposed to be taking a paternity test. Which how the hell are you going to do that if you are in jail?? If you are not there to take the test. You STILL get stuck paying the child support!! And if you go back and try to prove it later. Its too late!! See how this game works?
Also, once you are paying it, legally. You have to be damn near homeless, to be excused for not being able to make payments. It is CRAZY!! Check this out right, then they want to suspend you license, send you to jail, which by the way is not an excuse for not paying your child support. So then you, just get further, and further behind adding interest, fees, and suspend your passport, withhold income tax earnings, freeze your bank account.Speaking of your account, they can go in threre ANYTIME they want. And WIPE YOU OUT!! And you will not know when they do it! WOW!! So, this being said.
